Dawn Taylor, Certified Pilates & Personal Training Expert

Dawn Taylor is a lifelong athlete and University of CT graduate who has been a Personal Trainer in Martin County for three decades. She started her training career in CA, achieving National Qualified status in bodybuilding. After a car accident led her to Pilates, she discovered her passion for Pilates Instruction. She has since worked in PT and DC clinics and top country clubs, specializing in golf, senior, and post-rehab clients.


Dawn creates personalized workouts tailored to your specific goals. With a passion for fitness and wellness, she aims to educate and empower clients, making every session inspirational and motivating. She uses various corrective exercise methods and works with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
