Dawn Taylor

Dawn is a lifelong athlete and UCONN graduate who has been impacting lives as a Personal Trainer in Martin County for three decades. She began her personal training in CA, dedicating herself to bodybuilding and accomplishing a National Qualified status. After a car accident, while working with a DC, she discovered Pilates. She found it the perfect bridge from rehab to wellness and discovered her calling as a Pilates Instructor. Locally, she has worked within PT or DC clinics and top country clubs specializing in golf, senior, and post-rehab clients. 


She programs results-driven workouts that align to your unique goals. Passionate about fitness and wellness as a lifestyle, her mission is to educate and empower clients and make every workout inspirational and motivating.  She uses diverse methods of corrective exercise, working with clients of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

WHAT DOES YOUR BODY NEED TODAY?

Our Pilates STRENGTH  or STRETCH sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. We carefully plan and expertly program sessions after your initial consultation to deliver the results you are seeking.

Strength Plus or Stretch Plus Sessions

Every body is different, and your body changes every day. The tailored STRENGTH session can include Pilates, strength training, and weight training to promote changes in body composition. We use cables, bands, balls, mats, or Pilates apparatus. Strength workouts address lean muscle, power, sport function, and stability. Workouts are appropriate for beginners, athletes, or post-rehab clients.


STRETCH and recovery sessions restore alignment and posture and address mobility, relaxation, and flexibility. These restorative sessions address muscle stretch, release tightness and tension, and promote calm. We use red-light therapy for relaxation, add aromatherapy, and include home stretch programs for improved results and self-practice.
